Leasing Policy

•  The applicant’s minimum monthly income has to be SR 4000 and should be proportionate with financed amount
  
  
•  The applicant must be a government or private sector employee, a business owner or partner
  
  
•  The applicant age has to be at least 21 years and should not exceeds 65 years (Including contract duration)
  
  
•  Applicant financing is subject to geographical presence of company’s branches in the kingdom
